I understand.... High School sucks. It's not fun for your mental health. Take your time to heal, do what you can, distractions can help. But try to relax on responsibilities. Don't let them control you. Yeah, I know how it goes with depression. Sure, there are things to feel grateful for but that darkness still pulls you down...It makes everything so grey, I know how that is...I do. Just do what can help, don't worry too much about the responsibilities, hold on. As for religious...I'll need to look. Although one I hold onto is more of an anxiety one, but there's this one verse about not borrowing tomorrow's worries. And there's several about resting, healing, trusting... Idk...I'm unsure of how to help- You aren't alone in that....
