Shorter hair for Akita!!! She cut it soon after events with Darkar... Freeing herself a little bit to change! And she looks so cool with it... I love her short hair design so much it's so fun!!! Anyways, awesome as the short hair looks, there's far more changes than her cut hair.... Unlike original & current comparison, future is essentially the same person...Just changed from her experiences. After all, she'll have changed a bunch by then... This version of her is for far far in the storyline, near the end of the wars and after them, and after the whole Darkar sitch is sorted out...Mostly.

By this point, she will have been killed...3 times? And yes, she always comes back. No, her last name does not secretly start with an "A" instead of Silverleaf. Though her coming back has more to do with Astra....The one soulbound to the Lightfire Dagger, granting the power of Life magic... Manipulation of the living soul. Plus some Light magic, and some fire, though the fire is more of a Silverleaf thing, as they do already have latent fire magic (ofc I had to give them fire magic... I have a problem with fire obsession lol) . The Lightfire Magic and its effects on her is why her eye ended up purple! Anyways, she has finished the bond with Astra, died and came back several times and has new magics, and survived a magic imbalance-caused world war.... While being the daughter of one of the most hated people in Skyrune... Yeah, tough, and yeah, Flynn really screwed up....

And speaking of Flynn! Darkar had tried several times to either kill her or force her to join them.... They had already forced her to join them once... When she got valuable info for SG, saved Zyla, and Sari and Ash, who had gone looking for her... Ofc, she got herself hurt in the process, but she kinda has reached the point in time that Alena doesn't even need to pick fights with them- Akita's fed up with all of it.

On a better note, though, by this point, she'd have figured out allies, friends, and her love situation... Ofc, though she did date someone else for a time, she's now happily dating and preparing to propose to Merli... If he doesn't propose first that is.

And she has worked through some of her trauma, and kinda figured out a balance for her mental situation... While she and the rest of the system won't want to integrate, they've sorted things out by now!

And she's more confident... So, yes, things have most certainly improved, but there are...other issues as well. Darkar is proving difficult to deal with- They'd never make a deal with SG, no matter what Ocean does... There are newer threats around the corner, learning the magic.... and the Obsidian Family.

Oh also she really has to deal with Astra being.... problematic.
