slammed my thumb in a car door, fingernail got pulled up, causing many issues!

The fingernail protects a vein, so when it bent up, it exposed it, and now there's lots of blood! I can barely use my left hand, because... uh...

Lots of bandages, lots of ice. (not ice, more like frozen corn lol ) thumb going purple, done everything i can to helpp it, and the circulation is just not happening (:
