Nekomatas are creatures from Japanese mythology. (And currently my favorite thing rn) Nekomatas originate from regular cats. It usually happens if you keep a cat for too long. The cat will grow two tails and start gaining humanoid features. These creatures are mischievous and harmful to humans. You know, just like a normal cat...but, WORSE.

Like all Nekomatas, Hakahu was a Cat that was kept for way too long, becoming this. He does as all Nekomata do, like causing trouble and whatnot, he even broke a guy's dead wife's urn. Twice. As mentioned in the heart artwork I made recently....
