So first off I want to apologize for putting this one out later than normal, I had a little something I had to do this morning and did have time to work on any art during that time as a result. But now that that’s done, I can get back to work and share with you all my second Shadow element creature. Based primarily on the Siberian Tiger, the main reason I wanted to use a tiger as one of my Shadow creatures was due to their incredible stealth capabilities, as the combination of their orange fur and black stripes allows them to blend into their forest homes so well they practically disappear into the underbrush. Coupled with being very large and powerful ambush predators make them not only one of my favorite animals of all time, but also a perfect candidate for the Apex of this element, so it all came together perfectly in the end. The design itself is admittedly very simple- bring just a dark purple tiger with some extra long fur on its back- but I honestly don’t think it needs any more than this, so overall I’m happy with how it came out.
