The Phakiyk people are the first intelligent creatures ever found in the Xenoperiphera other than the calamities to have a spoken and written language. Not much is known about "Standard Phakiyx" ("SP"), the most commonly spoken language among the Phakiyk people, but we do understand the phonology to some extent.
A proper IPA chart for SP cannot yet be made because of the unique mouth structure of the Phakiyx, so the best we have is just making a list of all the consonants.
Note that this only shows the way that humans can approximate them, not how they are actually said.
CONSONANTS
/p/ <p>
/b/ <b>
/t/ <t>
/d/ <d>
/k~q/ <k>
/ɡ~ɢ/ <g>
/ʔ/ <'>
/pʰ/ <ph>
/bʰ/ <bh>
/tʰ/ <th>
/dʰ/ <dh>
/kʰ~qʰ/ <kh>
/gʰ~ɢʰ/ <gh>
/ɸ/ <f>
/β/ <v>
/θ/ <s>
/ð/ <z>
/ħ/ <h>
/ʕ/ <j>
/r/ <xx>? (It is theorized there is no distinction between this consonant and the one below)
/ɾ/ <x>
VOWELS
(Note that although more forward vowels are possible, they are very uncommon among the Phakiyx.)
/ɨ/ <i>
/u/ <u>
/ə/ <e>
/ɤ/ <y>
/o/ <w>
/ɔ/ <o>
/ɑ/ <a>
Notice that using the larynx (in voiced consonants and vowels) is directly correlated with nasalization. This is because the nasal openings of the Phakiyx are directly connected.
Also, some dialects of SP have the consonants:
/cˠ/
/ɟˠ/
/cˠʰ/
/ɟˠʰ/
/ç/
/ʝ/
There is no agreed upon romanization for these, and they are so uncommon that there is currently no real need to distinguish them between t, d, th, dh, s, and z anyways. It is theorized that these are left over from a proto language that SP is derived from.
Other than that, not much is known about the language, and there is much more for us to learn.
But not entities, just "abnormalities". Entity is an outdated phrase, as it literally means "a thing with distinct and independent existence" or just "existence; being" which is both too specific and too broad at the same time to describe abnormalities in the Xenoperiphera. You can't really just call an entire civilization and their language an entity.
Anomaly is also acceptable, but I avoid it because it has recently taken on a slightly different meaning with different connotations than intended.
