I thanked u b4, but I wanted just to show it here, thanks for the ideas Akita! I thought maybe who could betray her could be a lover, but like, it's one sided, y'know???. I thought maybe the place she comes from could be a kingdom or something, maybe she worked there as a knight or something. Its probably too cliché, but maybe she gets closer to the princess or something?? If I keep that, maybe I could just make that she killed a friend or a close one of the princess thinking it was an intruder or something, and like, the princess gets in the exact moment she accidentally kills him, which makes her find her weirddd. The princess girly could be like, run away to the woods, they wont find you there!! and then she tells the autorities or sumthin. There she could get connected to nature and almost get killed by a trap.

First off, starting in town market. Simple enough?

Secondly... When the group travels to a different region, someone else takes GM role... So I have starting town, then the others can have other areas to control if they wish. Basically just switching GMs so everyone gets some control over storyline!

Hmm... Well, for starters, the betrayal could be a past lover or a close friend or sibling who saw what she did and told the officials while telling her that they know a safe place...and it was a trap that nearly got her killed/arrested. Maybe the betrayal either led to a break where she linked herself to the natural magic or nature saved her in a way and she kinda stayed away from society on the run for a while, both feeling at home in the forest and starting to learn natural magic- perhaps someone taught her in the past, an old grandmother or someone who taught her old magic when she was young and she started picking up on it again?

As for the crime, perhaps stealing, maybe killed someone, or with being a fighter, got into a fight with someone important/kept getting into fights.

Also for the traitor if you want to make it even worse, she did it for them.

Also, if shes gonna be a druid how does the thing she did made her have a connection with nature? Maybe she escaped and ran to a nearby forest where people woudln't find her where she spent some time in it and felt kinda like "at home"???

I'd be really happy if u could give me some help ToT, the only idea I had was that I wanted her to be serious in some way, maybe kinda cold but that slowly turns loyal and helpful to the team. I didn't exaclty want to make her loose someone in a they died way, instead I got the ideas that someone who she loved betray her which could be why she decided to not get connected to anyone ever again (which could explain her distant profile), buuuttt the closest thing I thought of could be like ah she did something bad and someone who she was very close could be like, a police man or that person was like "ew u weird i don liek u bye". But like, what did she do?? Why was it bad?? etc ectccc.....
