OK, I’m sure what just happened probably confused a lot of you, so let me explain what just went down. You see, because each of the Colossus I’m creating are basically boss versions of the normal enemy creatures, in order to draw them I just made copies of their base version and made changes to them to turn them into their Colossi versions. With this one, however, I initially forgot to create a copy of the base version before modifying it, resulting in the original almost being permanently deleted. Thankfully I was able to catch my mistake, and after a bit of work I’ve restored everything to more or less how it was before. So sorry about the confusion there, and rest assured I’ll try and make sure something like this doesn’t happen again.

Now with all of that out of the way, I can finally talk about the Wind Colossus that caused all this trouble in the first place. Honestly the main reason why I wanted to turn my Jetstream Squid into the Colossus for this element is just because of the name I came up with for it, which I knew immediately was way too cool for me to not use it. It took me a bit of time to get the colors to look just right, specifically with those spiral patterns on the fins and head, but overall I’m happy with how it turned out and glad I was able to fix the issue it caused. So after all of that, hope you guys like this one and now I’m going to take a bit of a break from all of this. I’ll be back with the next Colossus later today though, so don’t worry too much!
