Zotto is sensitive to spirits. It's to the point where he gets possessed enough to copy/portray the image of those deceased that often come to borrow his body which is why his hair covers a good half of his face, it is to prevent others from noticing the changes. On a normal non-possessed day, he behaves as an attention-seeking cat.
