Originally said to be born from a completely unknown and off the grid family, serving under the most dangerous of mobs that was fabled to be the Death Stroke Mob. The mad doctor himself is no stranger to mysterious events of the unimaginable. He was by far the smartest out of his crew on the Skeld and in Mira HQ. Dr. Toxic would tend to use a condescending tone when he is a crewmate, hoping to make an impostor crack under the pressure. If he was the impostor he would blend in very well, concocting new plans left and right before anyone can even guess he was the impostor. He is usually 80% correct with his Doctor's Prediction and Doctor's Analysis. The TRUE identity behind the mad doctor, is currently unknown to this day and time, it is also thought that he is literally immortal

The Gravel Wars of the late 1970s would eventually find Dr. Toxic and draft him in, but if only those that drafted him knew a more proper backstory. After the events of the Gravel Wars, Dr. Toxic fled to the mountains and has been said to've disappeared entirely with the remainder of The Skeld Crew, consisting of Lance, Kennedy, his pal Skeleton, and a few others.
