Recursively composed. Within each unit:
the NE subunit is a glide reflection of the NW one
the SE subunit is a glide reflection of the SW one
the SW subunit is a clockwise rotation of the NW one
the SE subunit is a counterclockwise rotation of the NE one
the NW and SE subunits are each other's reflections over the NE-SW axis
the NE and SW subunits are each other's reflections over the NW-SE axis
