The time has come for the dragon design upgrades to continue, and next up on the list are the Earth element dragons. Starting with the first of this bunch, and arguably one of my best, the main design change I made was shortening the neck and lowering the head, since the way I had it before looked a little bit strange to me. I also decided to take the shades of yellow I used for the underside, horns, spikes, and tail mace, and swap them with each other. I thought it would give those parts of the dragon an extra look of toughness and durability, fitting of its element, and make the sharp and pointy ends of them look even more so. I have no idea if this new arrangement does that job better or worse than the previous one, or if it changes nothing at all in that regard, but it looks right to me and these are my designs, so I say it still works and I’m keeping it this way for now. All of that aside though, this is still one of my personal favorite dragons I have in my collection, so I hope everyone out there enjoys its newly enhanced form as well!
