Portland, Oregon. This was were it all started. One day in 2004 there was a man named Dr. Boot. He was not actually named boot but that was a nickname given to him by yours truly and you are going to have to roll with it. So anyway, This man was a mad scientists who like most mad scientists, wanted to rule the world, and have their base of operations in a volcano. This is why the base of operations was in portland. Moving on, This man specializes in artifacts and artifact creation.

If you were to see where I was going then you would know that this man wanted to create an artifact with the ability to make a person stronger. So he created a series of necklaces in different colors with different abilities completely unique to the others. I myself can’t list all of them since some are still yet to be discovered but the one I found was one of them. Dr. Boot had not intended for these necklaces to be scattered but when push comes to shove his necklaces were discovered. Dr. Boot was lucky to have his necklaces be discovered only buy a man named Rick.

Rick was Boot’s friend until Rick had found these necklaces. He kept his discovery secret from all but when Dr. Boot went to sleep one night, Rick snagged them and ran away. Rick was a good man and did not want these for himself were as Boot did so rick tried to destroy them. From what I heard they are totally indestructible so it didn’t work. Rick’s second thought was hiding them. They had to be apart so he hid them across the United states. Each major city supposedly had one. When Dr. Boot woke up, his friend was long gone.
