This is Minion Dave and he has a unique form in this design. He is doing what we call The Egypt Move which is putting your writing hand either left or right and putting your wrist facing up and your palm facing the ground, you should also keep your hand as straight as possible. Then with the other remaining hand you put your WRIST onto your waste bone and make it as straight as possible your fingernails should be pointing towards your footwear and your palm should be pointing upwards towards the sky. And I forgot to mention your hands should tightly together. This is a unique design because in the movie the Minions one of their traits/character is an Egyptian Minion.
