This item is a crop like Wheat (but it grows Barley and not Wheat), and is grown on dirt. Tip just right click the crop, and it auto plants, and it starts to grow again. This item is in a minecraft mod called Pam's Harvest and is in a minecraft modpack called Feed The Beast (or ftb) Infinity Evolved.
