Unlike Tricky the Clown from Madness, of whom has an Improbability Drive as his power source, Dr. Toxic's is literally unknown, meaning he has more power than even that of Super Mario Bros Z Metallix or Mecha Sonic.

His most famous quote is actually a reference to Tricky believe it or not: "You cannot kill the Mad Doctor...Mad Doctor instead kills you!!:
