remaking Tatsu(old oc art-)

another employee of the smiley demon casino, he handles the card tables, often being the one to deal the cards, or check the games so a guest isn't cheating. he has a seemingly carefree personality(even enough to let some guests help themselves to the casino's lunch break snack hoard), but don't let that fool you, he is as monstrous as a person can be, torturing those that have cheated, wronged, or offended the big boss. as of recently, he has had a family and a child, even now getting his boss's position due to him retiring to have a family also, so life is good for him now.

heads a little small but don't feel like changing it-)
