The 14-15 hour car ride was hell, especially coming back. Seeing the lights flashing mostly in sync from wind turbines was pretty cool though, got to see a living opposum for the first time. When we got to my aunt's house (she lives up in the mountains, there isn't a gas station for 20 miles, dad had to take some deisel from em) my parents were wiped out. Same day we saw a teenage bear looking for food in the back of my aunt's pick-up, so now I have bragging rights as my mom also got a goodmpic of it. Next day we visited a castle built by one dude which also pretty close to where my aunt lived. The thing was really tall and the furthest I could go was the 3rd floor. Some possibly drunk dude climbed to the top though, the top was a thin wire peak, very high off the ground. The guy who built it is still alive and we got to meet him. Then the day after that we went hiking, my dad almost slipped down a small stream? That we were trying to get up, ended up avoiding the wet, slippery rocks in all. When we had to go over a fallen tree I ended up scraping my knee, good thing I was wearing pants. Went up to a cliff view, I didn't go all the way but my mom did suprisingly. Going back down the mountain was less straining. I also got to see so many chipmunks, they're so cute. That was basically all we did.
