:D My Cross Country team just got back from state yesterday! We placed 6th for the girls (which is a new record for our school and 6 out of like 25 teams is really good) and 3rd place for boys (they give trophies to the top 4) One of our girls placed 19th place. And I dunno about the boys, but we had 2 boys in the top 25. The fastest girl in the race (not on our team) placed 1st (of course) with a time of... I think it was... 11 minutes and 33 seconds? Or was it 12 minutes??? I think 11.... 0_0 And the fastest boy... I think he ran a time of 10 minutes and 9 seconds, (Also not on our team). If you think about it, that's REALLY fast for 2 miles. The fastest 2 mile time ever is like 8 minutes. Eheh. I'm def not that fast, but I'm in the top 15 girls on our team.... Maybe I'll make it to top 7 next year... But state seems intense... My PR is 14 minutes and 4 seconds. I hope to break 14 minutes next year! Let me know if anyone else does Cross Country!
