Makuta is one of the most feared larynx gods, which is ironic considering his personality. Instead of following a mortal everywhere, He simply appears to tell people that their time is up, but lets them see their loved ones a final time before reaching the underworld. He may look creepy, but he's actually a kind soul. In the underworld, Makuta plays with deceased children, and treats them as his own. He accepts those who have done wrong in the mortal world, and gives them the option to redeem themselves. If that offer is declined, well....They will be added to the river of lost souls, where those who have done wrong never redeemed themselves....never to be heard from again....

(Sad Fact: His wings were clipped off by a traitor, the secret 21st god, which would also explain why some gods have scars...)
