If rotary gear is on green or blue axel, it will make the balls rotational axis orbit clockwise or counterclockwise respectively.
The larger the rotary gear the quicker the balls axis will orbit.
The smaller the diameter of the rotary track the quicker the balls axis will orbit.
Maximum size will be dictated by the frame and may require an intermediary gear which would reverse the direction of the orbit.
Disco balls will rotate at 1RPM equal to primary motor drive and in the same direction.
