Born from a middle class family, Neil was always a bit odd but seemed perfectly normal.

Neil Parrish was a young boy when his head trauma incident occurred by accident, permanently damaging his psychological reasoning and most of his brain functions.

Neil went day by day wondering what life was really all about, until the day of The Skeld Liftoff. Since it's lift off, Neil has been a changed man, regardless of medical conditions, limbs being broken, and vice versa. Not much else is known about Neil and it is said that he was finally able to properly cope with his condition.
