I did say I was going to be back in 2 days, didn’t I? My brief hiatus has come to an end, and with it I bring to you the revamp of the last of my main five Wind dragons. First thing I should address is the new name, which I changed for two reasons; 1, I already used the word “sky” in the name of my last dragon and I don’t like repeating myself; and 2, having “ancestral” in the name doesn’t fit with the new lore and story I have in mind, so swapping it out with something that gave off a similar feel was the best option I could think of. Now as for the design itself, to keep it in theme with the Wind element of my world I added a few dabs of light pink to the horns, tail tip, legs, torso, and back sail. I also made said sail a little bigger at the back and gave the front half of the body an extra line of pixels to bulk it up a little. Once again, not many significant changes made aside from the color here, but I couldn’t think of any way I could change things up without ruining the entire thing, and honestly I think it still looks good regardless. So with all the said, hope everyone enjoys this upgraded design and look forward to the next batch of revamps!
