ADVICE FOR WHEN YOU ARE SAD

This is not for when you are physically hurt. Only mentally.
One: Cry it all out- I do not care if you are an ugly crier, do not even care if someone cares, cause its way healthier for you to cry, it helps a lot
Two: Get in something comfortable: A blanket, big shirts everything. It is very helpful.
Three: Empathy food: Call it whatever, just food, not just ice cream. Popcorn, burgers, tacos, FOODS. They just help you calm down.
Four: THIS IS A THING YOU WANT TO DO- This is personal step, a shower, shows, music, uhm actually, do something else. These help.
Five: Water- You need to be hydrated, you are going to be thirsty from crying.
Six: Sleep- Sleep is a good thing to do, it then stops you from being sad
Seven: THIS IS ONLY ADVICE- I do not know what else to do after.
(Also roll yourself up like a sushi in a blanket.
