so el pineapple is not actually a pineapple, they're a ghost who possesses a pineapple.
that's why they're sentient and never rot

btw you can ask el pineapple about this in the q&a but im in character if ya want
oh yea the ghost can change colours too, that's why when it possesses people like foforux and catptain they had el pineapples colours
