And if you're struggling, talk to someone more qualified than me. I realize that this might not be ideal but it might help just to talk to someone. Do some research on ways to help, storms I'll do some research to see what all can help.
And life is hard. It kicks you down so hard you don't think you can get back up again. But you can get back up, trust me. One final idea for you is to spend some time out side, enjoy nature. It helps to feel the sun every once in a while.
I'm glad you didn't go through with it. I'm sorry life has kicked you down like this...but please keep making the choice to stay. Someone somewhere will miss you. And know that you aren't alone.
Another thing that can help is to be around other people. Ik it can be hard, especially on days where you feel like this, but if you're with the right people it helps, it really does. It can help raise your self worth at times. Also, on the subject of self worth, take pride in yourself. You truly are an amazing person, one truly amazing person. And if you let your thoughts get to you about self worth, you're not God, so you don't have to be perfect.
No one's going to hurt you I promise. And it's not you being an "idiot". Trust me. Coming from someone who has had a similar issue, it’s not "stupid". In fact, let's throw that thought out the window. I know how that spiral goes with the self hatred and hopelessness, and I know it's really hard to deal with. One thing that might help is to find some sort of grounding technique that works for you. For me, a spikey roll thingy helps A LOT. It kinda breaks that, but Ik it might not work for you. But finding something will help. And for the self hatred...well, Idk how to completely deal with that, but grounding, doing something you like, trying new outfits, all help. And one thing I've heard of is...well, I’m not sure how it'll work, but try to convince yourself that you love yourself. Then maybe one day it'll be true.
just do alot of the things you want to do, maybe get yourself a therapist, (there are some good therapists out there trust!) and im glad ur not doing it
