I don't really know what this is, but it seems important to the person who released it
I know that the phrase "Please spread the word about FIRE FERRET" is probably some sort of old inside joke, but when I saw it I felt kind of obligated to share it

Read the description of the video!!
My theory is that Porto Pompano created the animation and Ghast O'Banion be the real name of FavBea, the person who digitized and released this, and if it really is him then he's probably the composer too (you should check out favbea's other stuff, i love his work!!)
It's interesting to think about what this might've looked / sounded like before it naturally corrupted somewhat
Once you know a little bit about the story behind this it's kind of melancholy to watch
