openutau instructions: openutau is fairly easier to use, being made in 2021 (utau was made in 2008!!) its a fan project and good for beginners. the way to install teto into openutau is by going into select singer > install singer > (teto voicebank.) have fun lol!

these are the utau instructions: drop the teto voicebank file into utau and it will auto download. to make songs, you have to put in hirigana characters. utau will only download properly without corruption if you download with locale set to japan and utf--08 turned off.there should be tutorials on how to use utau.
