Info: Peruno used to be a regular serial killer who specifically targeted people at carnivals. One night, as Peruno had been hiding a body, his victim's ghost had been following him. Considering the victims cause of death had been bleeding to death, Peruno had been granted blood manipulation through forcefully making the ghost posess him. Over time, the two of them had developed a twisted sense of friendship, preventing the ghost from leaving. Eventually, he was caught by the police, but broken out the same night he was arrested. By none other than Atarashi, of course. She offered him a place to stay, as well as protection from authority. He decided to create a circus, and wear clown facepaint on the regular to hide his identity. His circus is full of odd people, also rejects from society.
