For those who are new here, all of my Metal-element dragons are based off of dinosaurs- don’t ask me why I did this, it just popped into my head at some point and I ran with it- and coming up with designs for them that aren’t just slapping bat wings onto their backs has always been a struggle. That being said, I’ve very happy with how this Ankylosaurus ampithere came out aside from how long it took me to find a good color scheme for it. And funnily enough, the colors are the only things I changed here for this go-around, namely redrawing the markings on the wings and front half of the torso and adding more light grey to the back to evoke extra spikes. These few changes have made this dragon look a lot cleaner and feel more complete in my eyes, so I hope all of you like it too and I’ll see you tomorrow for the last pair out of this collection!
